LEBANON, Maine - Xavier D. Skidds, 19, of Lebanon, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2022, in North Berwick, as a result of an automobile accident.

Xavier was born March 2, 2003, in Rochester, N.H., the son of Joshua Skidds and Bonnie Kennie. He has lived most of his life in Lebanon, and had worked as a cook at Train's Tavern.

Xavier graduated from Noble High School in the class of 2021. As a young boy growing up, he was always active in sports and outdoor activities, wrestling on the Lebanon Die Hard team and playing goalie for the Rochester Blackhawks Pee Wee team. In high school Xavier was part of the Track & Field team as a Shot Putter and relay runner. He loved playing golf with his father and grandfather at the Farmington Country Club and on family vacations to Cold Springs Resort every summer. He loved cooking and would often come home with steaks or chicken and create his own recipes and rubs while cooking a meal for his family and girlfriend.

Xavier shared a love for dirt bike riding and racing with his father and they spent many hours at local motocross tracks competing. When not at a track Xavier spent hours riding on the small track he created in woods beside his house in Lebanon.

Xavier was a truly kind, considerate and loving young man who will be dearly missed by his whole family. Anyone who ever met him loved him, with his wonderful smile and personality that just drew people to him.

He is survived by his parents, Joshua Skidds, and Bonnie Kennie; his sisters, Brooke, and Ava Skidds; his paternal grandparents, Jerry and Cindy Skidds; maternal grandparents, David and Geraldine Kennie; girlfriend of three years, Sarah Goulet; many aunts, uncles, and cousins and a very special aunt, Amy Skidds and her husband Amos LeClair.
