ROCHESTER - The Rochester Museum of Fine Arts hold an exhibit titled "Folding Space" in the Bernier Room at the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center.

The display features works by Trevor Toney, a gifted artist, woodworker, furniture maker, sculptor, and painter, who currently resides in Massachusetts. He earned his associate degree in Furniture Making and Design from the Worcester Center for Crafts in 2004, where he was honored with The David L. Morreale Art Award for Excellence in Design and Craft.

After a successful career of 16 years as Lead Preparator at the Worcester Art Museum, Trevor made the decision to resign in early 2022 to pursue his passion as a full-time artist. His work has been featured in numerous juried and invitational exhibitions across the region.

Trevor's talent and artistic vision have been recognized by Lark Books, which has published his work in the '500 series' for Chairs, Wooden Boxes, and Cabinets.

The exhibition will be on display from Wednesday till Sept. 1 with a reception planned for Aug. 5 from noon-4 p.m. The public is invited to attend.

The James W. Foley Memorial Community Center is located at 150 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH 03867. Visit www.trevortoneyfurniture.com and www.rochestermfa.org to learn more.
