FARMINGTON - Farmington officials are announcing that work is expected to begin on the Hornetown Bridge on Aug. 12.

As of now, Hornetown Road is scheduled to be closed from Aug. 12 through though Oct. 31.

Town officials say the closure time span is fluid, but they will do their best to keep residents informed.

Additionally, the town is working on the bridge on River Road, which impacts the timeline for the Hornetown Bridge project.
