DOVER - An area transient pleaded guilty on Friday to more than 50 charges ranging from theft to drug possession to assault, but was sentenced to no time jail.
What she get? Two and a half to five years, all suspended for four years, and three years probation.
That means if Stephanie Lee MacDonald, 39, keeps her nose clean and commits no further crimes she will remain free, Strafford County Assistant Attorney Hannah Carlson said on Friday.
The cases disposed of spanned six years all the way back to 2015, when she was arrested for running out on her buffet tab at the Dynasty.
In November of last year she was arrested twice in three days by Rochester Police for allegedly stealing items from Market Basket and Walmart.
Carlson said MacDonald, who has already spent about a year in jail, will also have to pay restitution where ordered.
