Winter parking ban in force again tonight

ROCHESTER - A winter parking ban will be in effect in Rochester from 8 p.m. tonight till Wednesday at 8 a.m.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on these city streets or in city parking lots during this time.

This parking ban will be enforced, while consideration will be given for any downtown businesses that are open.
