A North Main Street Hannaford shopper feigns fighting against overpowering winds as he makes his way to his car on Tuesday afternoon. The blow might not have been as bad as he made it look, but with the low temps, the biting cold was among this winter's worst. Power outages were scattered throughout the region but as of today most in the city are back on with the exception of about five households along Charles Street, which were supposed to have theirs back on by noon. Meanwhile, it's back to more seasonable temps today with a high of 42 amid mostly sunny skies. Think spring. It's just two and a half weeks away. (Rochester Voice photo)
