Vols sought to help beautify Parson Main Square

ROCHESTER - Rochester Main Street seeks volunteers to assist with a community planting event in Central Square on Friday from 3-5 p.m.

Volunteers are invited to help plant annuals around the Parson Main statue and in the hanging hay baskets along the fence of Central Square.

Participants are asked to meet at the Parson Main statue at 3 p.m. Although organizers will provide some small tools, volunteers are encouraged to bring gloves, small shovels, etc. All are welcome. No RSVP is required.
