Veteran's Council flag retirement ceremony set for Sept.

A flag retirement service organized by the Rochester Veterans Council is scheduled for Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. at the Riverside Rest Home in Dover.

Retired flags may be turned in by Sept. 13 to the Rochester and Dover police or fire departments, Elks clubs or American Legions.
