Two men nabbed in shoplifting at city gas station

ROCHESTER - Two city men were arrested on Saturday in a shoplifting incident at the Shell Gas Station on Washington Street in Rochester.

Tillman Thompson, 22, of 56 Estes Road; and Brett Donovan, 20, of 18 Juniper St., were charged with willful concealment.

Thompson and Donovan were both bailed on personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month at Rochester District Court.

A person who has been convicted twice of shoplifting in a 36-month period can be charged with a felony.
