ROCHESTER - Two drivers were injured in Sunday's Demolition Derby at the Granite State Fair, including one who was briefly entrapped in his vehicle.
Fire personnel who were stationed at the fair were able to extricated the driver in about 20 minutes.
The entrapment occurred around 6 p.m.
The driver sustained what were described as nonlife threatening injuries.
He was treated and released at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.
Another driver reported injuries to her ribs. She was also treated and released.
