Job Opening: Rescue Chief

The Town of Lebanon is requesting applications from interested parties to fill an immediate opening for the position of Rescue chief to lead its EMS operations.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES AND DUTIES:

· Strong leadership skills

· Energetic and dedicated professional

· This is a working chief position

· EMT-B to ALS preferred

· Recruits and Guides EMS personnel

· Establishes and enforces policies, goals, SOPs

· Prepares annual budget

· Promotes strong ties to the community

· Has the ability to work closely with the Town selectmen

· Interacts well with other Town departments and Mutual Aid entities

The Town of Lebanon prefers a candidate with a minimum of four (4) years experience in management of Emergency Medical Services.
