Three charged in attemped sex trafficking of child at New Hampshire hotel

CONCORD - Charging documents were unsealed earlier today alleging three defendants attempted to sex traffic a child at a Manchester hotel. These three defendants were arrested as a result of a proactive federal and local law enforcement action.
Charged with attempted sex trafficking of a minor are Stacey Ray Lancaster, 46, of Hudson; Arthur Picanco, 42, of Bradford, Mass.; and Ozeias Luiz Guilherme, 38, of Haverhill, Mass., are all in federalcustoday and will appear in federal court on Monday.

Homeland Security Investigations led the investigation assisted by Manchester Police, the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, and the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
