CONCORD - The man suspected of fatally shooting a man outside a homeless shelter in Manchester on Saturday was arrested Wednesday in Massachusetts.
Timothy Johnson was arrested around 2:40 p.m. in Framingham, Mass. Johnson, 38, is charged with one count of second-degree murder for knowingly causing the death of 67-year-old Jean Lascelles.
Johnson is scheduled to appear before the Framingham District Court today where he will be arraigned on local charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and being a fugitive from justice from the state of New Hampshire.
