Storm parking ban in effect beginning at 10 tonight

ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban will be in effect from 10 p.m. tonight till 7 a.m. on Sunday.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.
