ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are looking for the public's help in catching a couple of suspected chain saw thieves.
According to Rochester Police Capt. Gary Boudreau, the pair walked into the Rochester Lowe's around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, took a chain saw out of its box and went up to a store clerk to ask questions about it while pretending they were the owners.
When their conversation was over they walked around the store a bit before leaving with the saw, which is valued at $500.
