STEWARTSTOWN - A Stewartstown man died today when his truck crashed on Route 3 and rolled onto its side.
Responders said they got the call around 6:35 a.m. and upon arrival found the
2014 Chevrolet Silverado tipped onto its side.
The operator was identified as Louis Thibodeau, 51.
Thibodeau was transported to the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital for treatment, but was pronounced dead soon after he arrived.
The initial investigation indicates he had been traveling north on Route 3 when he drifted left across the center line and then continued to drive off the left side of the road before striking an embankment.
There are no indications that speed or alcohol played any part in the crash, however all aspects are being looking into to find the cause.
