Special Valentine Day event planned at Senior Center

ROCHESTER - The Rochester Senior Activity Center will host a Valentine Warmth and Wellness Gathering on Feb. 14.

The event will take place from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Upstairs Activity Room of the James Foley Community Center, located at 150 Wakefield St. Entrance B, in Rochester.

Organized in partnership with the Rochester Mental Health Alliance, Cornerstone VNA, Strafford County Public Health Network, Rochester Fire Department, and Choose Love and Matter of Balance coaches, this special gathering promises an afternoon of fun, support, and education.

Activities Include:

Cookie Decorating
Gratitude table
Senior survey
Valentine card making
Matter of Balance exercises
Safety station and more!
