Somersworth Police investigating infant death case

SOMERSWORTH - Somersworth Police are investigating an infant death that occurred Friday morning.

Police and rescue personnel responded around 8:40 a.m. to a Colonial Village Trailer Park residence where they began emergency treatment on a baby who was found unconscious and not breathing.

Life-saving efforts continued during transport to Wentworth Douglass Hospital, but they were unsuccessful.
