Somersworth man nabbed in city DWI

ROCHESTER - A Somersworth man was arrested for drunken driving on Sunday after the car he was driving crashed into a tree on Peaslee Road.

Brendon Lennon, 21, was charged with DWI and possession of a controlled drug. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail with a November arraignment in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.

No one was hurt in the accident and damage to Lennon's Lincoln LS was minor.

Damage to the Lincoln was minor.
