Somersworth man arrested in shoplifting incident

John Mills III

A Somersworth man was arrested by Northwood Police on Thursday in a shoplifting incident that occurred at Skele-Tones Records in Rochester.

John Mills III, 20, of Ringer Road, Somersworth, was taken into custody around 9 p.m. and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
