Snow emergency parking ban begins tonight at 10 p.m.

ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban is in effect as of 10 p.m. tonight through 7 a.m. on Friday.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.
