Rochester woman pleads guilty to felony fentanyl trafficking, gets 30 days

DOVER - A Rochester woman who pleaded guilty on Monday in a 2019 fentanyl trafficking case was sentenced to 12 months in county jail. but will serve only 30 days if that, because the other 11 months was suspended for two years and she may have a few days of pretrial credit.
Sandra Dee Schley, 45, with a last known address of 20 Greenwood Ave., pleaded guilty to selling less than one gram of the drug to a "cooperating individual" working with the Strafford County Drug Task Force on May 10, 2019, in Dover.
Schley will also be on probation for two years. No fine was imposed by the court.
The charges leveled against Schley in her June 2019 indictment were listed as Sale of a Controlled Drug, Special felony; enhanced penalties three and a half to seven years; $100,000 fine.
