Rochester woman arrested in Walmart shoplifting

ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was arrested on Wednesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Christine Armstrong, 43 of 314 Rochester Hill Road, was charged with misdemeanor level willful concealment and was released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending a June arraignment at 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
