Rochester woman arrested in Walmart shoplifting

A city woman was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart on Saturday.

Sharlene Marshall, 49, of 1010 Silver Bell MHP was charged with willful concealment and bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance pending a court date next month at the 7^th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
