ROCHESTER - Rochester's warming facility at 38 Hanson St. will be open from Saturday at 6 p.m. till Sunday at 8 a.m., according to a City of Rochester bulletin sent out this morning.

The bulletin said it's being opened as the forecasted temperature is expected to drop to 15 degrees or below overnight.
