They feature delicious homemade apple cider doughnuts, hanging plants, homemade jams and jellies and a host of fresh produce. First City Cars and Trucks began selling preowned cars and trucks in Rochester on Jan. 1, 2000. Their Grand Opening was March 1, 2000.
