ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was injured Saturday when his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck on Milton Road.
Police say the Paul Huard, 54, of Rochester, was traveling north on Milton Road on a 2013 Harley Davidson around 7:50 a.m. when he was struck by Kelly Patterson, 37, of East Rochester, who was pulling out of Forrest Park Drive to head south on Milton Road in a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500.
Patterson was charged with failure to yield the right of way.
Huard was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital for what police described as nonlife-threatening injuries.
The motorcycle was towed from the scene.
Huard was not wearing a helmet.
