Rochester mental health survivor's book count now up to three

ROCHESTER - A Rochester survivor of mental illness has penned three books since her recovery.

Brittany Eldridge, whose battles with mental issues were memorialized in an award-winning May 2019 Rochester Voice article, has also created a mental health journal with quotes relating to pain/ptsd/healing/loving yourself on the top of each page. The journal, titled Let That Sh** Go, is designed to assist those with mental health issues to put their suffering in the rearview mirror.

All of the books - a memoir, a fiction, and a children's book - are self published and available at Locally Handmade in the Fox Run Mall in Newington. You can also find her website at beldridge18.wixsite.com/healingthelight.
