CONCORD - A Rochester man pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, and two counts of distribution of fentanyl, the U.S. Attorneys Office said on Thursday.
According to court documents and statements made in court, in February 2019, the FBI learned that Dawson Boston, 23, was selling fentanyl in the Rochester area.
Between April 9 and July 29 of 2019, the FBI used informants to make six controlled purchases from Boston, resulting in the purchase of a total of approximately 489 grams of fentanyl.
Boston is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 7.
Dawson also infamously made online threats to kill President Trump in 2019.
