ROCHESTER - The victim of a mobile home fire earlier this month on Whitehall Road has been identified as Clinton Hartford, 56.
His body was found inside the home as firefighters desperately fought the blaze.
Rochester Fire first responded to the blaze at 154 Whitehall Road around 11:40 p.m. Upon arrival, heavy fire was already visible, and a one-alarm response was requested, sending firefighters from Dover, Milton, and Durham to assist at the scene.
The cause of the fire has still not been determined.
