DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man faces up to 15 years in state prison after being indicted on drug possession charges.
Brice Karkos, 43, of 18 Goldrush Lane, was arrested on Feb. 24 for allegedly having in his possession Clonazepam and marijuana.
Illegal use of Clonazepam (Klonopin), a highly addictive drug often prescribed to control seizures and panic attacks, is a Class B felony.
Karkos also faces up to a year in jail on the marijuana charge, a Class A misdemeanor.
The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Aug. 20 and released on Wednesday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
