DOVER - A Rochester man is facing nine felony charges in connection with an incident outside a Dover pub on which some nine shots were allegedly fired.
Alexander Tibbetts-Cullen, of 26 Maple St. in Rochester, has been charged with nine counts of Reckless Conduct and Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on Saturday around 12:30 a.m. outside Cara's Irish Pub at 11 Fourth St. When police arrived they reported no injuries, but recovered nine shell casings at the scene.
