ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested on Monday after a hit-and-run incident inside Amazon Park.
Police first learned of the crash when a caller reported that their parked vehicle had been struck and that when he looked out the window the vehicle was backing out and preparing to leave the area. He later said he went outside to talk to the driver and that they appeared to be intoxicated.
When an officer arrived they conducted a field sobriety test and subsequently arrested Jeremy C. Brown, 43, of 105 Whitehouse Road, Apt. #16.
Brown was charged with conduct after an accident, aggravated DWI and driving after revocation or suspension.
