ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested in a shoplifting incident on Friday near the Lilac Mall Hannaford.

Toshawnka Marbury, 38 of Portland Street was charged with misdemeanor willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending a November arraignment in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
