DOVER - A Rochester man accused of dragging a woman alongside his vehicle in April 2021 and then two days later disseminating private sexual images of her while engaged in a sexual act pleaded guilty to lesser charges on Friday.

As a result of the plea deal, Glenn D. Bushong Jr., 49, of North Main Street, was sentenced to 12 months in the county jail, with all but 30 days suspended on a charge of domestic violence criminal threatening. His 30-day sentence began on Friday.0

Also as part of the plea deal the charge of felony disseminating private sex images was dropped.

The indictments alleged Bushong sent the image that shows the woman naked and clearly identifiable on April 20, 2021, two days after police complaints were drawn up regarding assault and reckless conduct charges involving a vehicle.

The incidents occurred in Rochester, though no specific address for the alleged offenses is indicated in court documents.
