To the editor:
Gonicians were being prompted by a lady representing Rochester Listens, at the Brickyard Meeting, about "key" words that represent the "SOLE" of Gonic.
(In this case, "sole" is correctly spelt.)
You know, things like friendly, good, happy, kind...etc.![](http://s3.amazonaws.com/bw-16002f7a455a94aa4e91cc34ebdb9f2d-bwcore/articles/letter1486992466.JPG)
She was listing all these adjectives, on a chart. Yet, when one gentleman pointed out the
"Elephant" in the room, "Waste Management," she went deaf. Although he repeated it a number of times, she FAILED to note it on her chart.
Why?
This is a nearly 3,000 Acre Parcel of Land that consumes a vast portion at the center of Gonic.
There are plans, leases and purchases in the works (just try to find them) to transfer even more land to benefit this corporation's needs.
I wouldn't have such a problem with a dump, if it was deemed for regional use, but as one citizen explained, massive trucks, with license plates indicating they are coming from New Jersey, run amok, aplenty.
While local citizens who play along with the "Optics Game," of Recycling, is nothing but
"Feel Good Eyewash."
I ask - where are the "Walmart Checkers," validating their deliveries?
NOTE: Any further Land Acquisitions should focus on moving westward, through Barrington, Epping, Exeter Etc. towards Massachusetts.
This would shorten the trip for New Jersey truckers.
City Officials(?), are "AGHAST" that citizens don't revel in their compassion, for those who've never crossed their paths before.
