LEBANON - Lebanon Rescue is currently looking to update its “Wellness Check” list, which is used to identify and check on residents during winter storms and power and utility outages.
It is also used to check on those who are mobility challenged, live alone or who have other special needs such as home oxygen and other medical equipment that need electricity to operate. Making sure people have heat in extreme cold is also a concern.
When power goes out or there are telephone outages, some are unable to call for help.
