Ralph F. Russo ... retired from PNSY

ROCHESTER - Ralph F. Russo, 83, of Rochester, went home to be with his Lord Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Born in Newark, N.J., he was the son of Ralph & Angelina Russo.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Christine (Soucy) Russo; a son Gabriel Russo of Conway; his sister Loretta Meehan and husband Jack of Rotunda West, Fla.; sister-in-law Kathy Russo of Kenilworth, N.J.; and stepchildren Kimberly Gunter of Rochester, Eric Gould and his wife Judith of Rochester and Timothy Gould and his friend Teresa Hersom of Lancaster; Ralph's step-grandchildren James and Matthew and adopted-in-love grandchildren Lexi, Dakota and Zander Rodrigue, also nieces and nephews Albert, Deborah, Donna and Michael. He was predeceased by his brother Thomas Russo and sister Lillian Venezia.
A Marine for 10 years, attaining the rank of staff sergeant, Ralph served his country with pride and honor. He was employed at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard where he retired in 1994. Most recently he retired from many years of employment with special friends, Dr. Raymond, Rita and Marc Laurion.
Ralph will be greatly missed by his Emmanuel Church family and all who knew and loved him.
