MILTON - An ice-cream fund-raiser held at Everetts Cove Marina in Lebanon was hailed a huge success on Friday.
"We had a large turnout, and thanks to the rain gods holding off the rain," said Tammy Crandall, president of the Milton PTA.
The money raised will go toward getting a couple more playground equipment pieces for the Milton Elementary School.
Everetts Cove donated all their profits from the fund-raiser to the Milton PTA.
