Police probe possible drowning on Franklin Pierce Lake

HILLSBOROUGH - Police today continue their investigation into a possible drowning incident on Franklin Pierce Lake in Hillsborough.

First responders got involved on Monday around 11:20 a.m. after receiving a call for a body in the water.

The male victim was identified as Alan Morrison, 76, of Hollis. Neighbors found him in the water along the shoreline of his residence and immediately called 9-1-1.

The state Medical Examiner's Office is scheduled to perform an autopsy today.
