Police probe fight that occurred at Governor's Inn on Saturday night

ROCHESTER - Police today are investigating a fight that broke out at the Governor's Inn on Saturday night.

The fight occurred around 8:40 p.m. as two individuals squared off in a mutual combat incident, Sgt. William Robinson said today.

"The two had separated by the time police got there," Robinson said.

It was not clear whether the fight occurred inside or out or whether either of the individuals were arrested.

Neither of the combatants was seriously injured, according to police.

The Governor's Inn holds live music shows in its ballroom every Saturday night.
