LEBANON, Maine - The Nov. 5 meeting of the Lebanon Historical Society will be held at the Martha Sawyer Library at 7 p.m.
The program will be presented by Lady Haight-Ashton. She will cover The History and Traditions of the Ancient Celtic Holiday of Samhain which is now our modern Halloween.
The talk will include Halloween myths and traditions, Trick or Treat, Masks and Costumes, Bonfires, American Halloween Lore and a final poem.
The meetings are always open to the public.
