ROCHESTER - A local transient took up residence in a Rochester Police Department bathroom late last Monday night, apparently for a cocktail and a couple of smokes.
Rochester's final arrest of Nov. 13 occurred a little after 11 p.m. when dispatch received info that a male was found in the men's room with an open bottle of Captain Morgan.
Colin White, 33, was also found to have been smoking in the bathroom, according to dispatch. It was noted that after he was arrested and booked, White was "moved along."
He was charged with criminal mischief and violation of city ordinance regarding consumption of liquor on city property.
In January White was arrested for breaking a door at the Willand Warming Center in Somersworth.
