The Rochester Museum of Fine Arts recently announced the completion of an indoor public mural on the second floor of the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center.

The mural, which was done in a geometric, graphic style, features a scenic landscape scene depicting colorful mountains, a sunset, and a river. The project was completed by RMFA co-founders Matt Wyatt and Amy Regan, along with three students from Spaulding High School and another Rochester resident.

The mural was designed by Martina Tomevska, in collaboration with the RMFA. Tomevska is an accomplished digital artist who has worked with a wide range of individual and corporate clients. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje, North Macedonia, in 2018. According to her website, she works as an illustrator and digital artist, designing storyboards, social media and blog post illustrations, T-shirts, and other apparel, and much more.

Regan expressed her gratitude to the volunteers who helped bring the mural to fruition, stating, "As an all-volunteer community art initiative, we are always happy to welcome additional volunteers to help us beautify the city. We had a great day painting, eating pizza, and having fun."

A reception is planned for Oct. 5 from 1-3 p.m. The James W. Foley Memorial Community Center is located at 150 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH 03867. Visit www.rochestermfa.org to learn more.
