Natasha Randall of Milton has a long history of making homemade cheesecakes, inspired by her mom who made them for the family every Christmas growing up in East Wakefield.
So when her mom passed five years she took up the gauntlet to preserve the family tradition and continued making them at the holidays.
Then while working at an Ossipee restaurant as a bartender, she was persuaded to start making them for sale there.
"We were selling out every week," she said on Wednesday at her newly opened Natasha's Sweets and Eats in Milton, where they sold out on Saturday.

Randall's cheesecakes are visually seductive and absolutely delicious, and she's now making some 20 varieties, inlcuding White Chocolate Raspberry, Banana and Reese's to name a few.
Natasha's Sweets and Eats is located in the former Ray's Marina building at 584 White Mountain Hwy, in Milron.
Besides cheesecakes she sells shakes, 50 flavors of soft serve ice cream, and an assortment of Red Bull infusion sodas.
She also serves a few luncheon specials daily like salads and a steak bomb that she learned from her dad who

with her mom ran Woodman Corner Store in Wakefield for years.
"He was famous for his steak bombs," Randall said.

In the summer they will have a walk-up window at the north side of the shop and a few tables outside, she said.
