N.J. man clocked speeding 108 mph in 55 mph zone

RANDOLPH - A New Jersey man was arrested on Sunday after police spotted him going almost twice the posted speed limit on Route 2 in Randolph.

Naga Venkata Nitesh Kumar Bangaru, of Parsippany., N.J., was charged with reckless operation after police clocked his 2021 BMW at 108 mph in a 55 mph zone around noon.

Bangaru was released on personal recognizance bail pending a later arraignment date in Berlin District Court.
