N.H. fugitive considered armed and dangerous

CONCORD, N.H. - The U.S. Marshals New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive Joshua Ray Fields, 31, whose last known address was in the Raymond and Epping area. 

State Police and the Candia Police Department have both requested the assistance of the fugitive task force in an effort to assist in the location and arrest of Fields.  Fields is currently being sought on two outstanding arrest warrants, including one for a burglary in Candia, N.H., that involved the theft of several firearms.

The second warrant was issued by the State Police for the offense of unsworn falsification in relation to the ongoing investigation into the Candia burglary and theft of firearms.  Fields is alleged to have been a part of a group of people that were involved in this offense and his whereabouts are currently unknown. 

Based on the offense charged, Fields should be considered armed and dangerous, according to a task force press release. Fields is possibly homeless in the Manchester area, or could be staying with a variety of friends in an attempt to avoid being arrested. He is currently on parole for the offenses of unlawful criminal restraint and assault by a prisoner. Based on these alleged new offenses, a parole violation is pending.

Joshua Fields is described as a white male, 6-foot-1, 210 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has several tattoos, including tattoos on his left shoulder and forearm, right forearm, and a star on his right leg.
