MILTON - A Milton man has been indicted by a Strafford County grand jury in the burglary of a Pineland Park residence.
According to the indictment handed down on Sept. 19, Dale Carpenter, 37, of 145 Pineland Park, is charged with burglarizing another home in the neighborhood on July 8.
If found guilty Carpenter faces up to three and a half to seven years in prison and up to a $4,000 fine.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
