DOVER - The Milton man indicted last month in the burglary of a neighbor’s home in July got a one-year sentence in the county jail after pleading guilty to the charges on Wednesday in Strafford County Superior Court.
Dale Carpenter, 37, of 145 Pineland Park, will also have to enroll in drug and alcohol treatment during three years of probation which will follow his release from the county jail.
Carpenter received concurrent 12-months sentences for charges stemming from a theft from the Rochester Walmart and driving while under suspension as a habitual offender, both of which occurred last fall.
