ROCHESTER - A transient woman from Massachusetts was arrested in a shoplifting incident on Monday by Rochester Police.

Brandy Gault, 28, was arrested on a willful concealment charge and as a Fugitive from Justice as she had an extraditable warrant out of Massachusetts.

Gault was held without bail at the Strafford County Jail on the Fugitive from Justice Charge and will be arraigned today in the 7^th Circuit Court of Rochester.
